    Super in love! Christa is the best on making every workout video looks fun. Kaycee has always been my fav supporting act. Tiff is so athletic. And most of all, this vid is a standing workout. It's very convenient for me as I workout on the balcony (along with the clothesline!). If I could give 10 likes for this video, I would!

      Just keep doing it don't stress yourself if you don't get it at first. I was confuse at first myself but the more I keep doing it I get better and stronger. I sometimes keep doing the same videos until I get it down pack then move on. Just don't give up!!

    Yesss!! This workout was fire! I love the energy and I love this trainer so much! I love your workouts Christa I just wish there was a cool down at the end lol.       I was still on my game when suddenly the video comes to and end. So yes, I wish there was a proper cool down so it doesn't ended up 'hanging'. But I managed to end it with Christa's 5 minute post workout, my fav cooling down video of all time.

    This was awesome sweated like a champ , didn't realize no warm up but went for it anyways , doing my own cool down now . Did with 3 lb ankle weights and 2 lb hand weights for some of it. how many calories burned?!?

      Yes, I found this workout vid quite light as well. Not as demanding as her 45 min workout (the one where there are 5 of them -my favs!). Hard or light, Christa is my fav PopSugar Fitness trainer of all time.

    Christa workouts are good for beginners as they wont make me sweat until and unless i use hand weights , pace is so slow it should be non stop with high intensity moves 😆 , if you like kick boxing you should go for billy blanks real deal 💪

      You just gotta know how to amp up the workouts. You can make any of them a sweat fest if you work hard enough

      @@mayatanner3587 i know thats why i use hand weights , nothing much you can do with these workouts apart from adding weights specifically if you want to stay on their pace .

      @@GB-tf5jb Oh i know tons! I've done Turbo Fire, Turbo Jam, Les Mills Combat, you name it. Some old favorites of mine were on a channel called GymBox Kickbox. The channel is currently inactive, but the videos are still there.

    I've said it before on other videos, I find it weird that there is not even a five minute cooldown on videos like those. 'doesn't have to be fancy, but still. I'm going to have to go look for one while sweating all over my keyboard now, my brain foggy and my heart rate to the roof..
